Enhance Your Skills with Mixed Rank Training
Our mixed-rank adult class welcomes students of all experience levels to train together in a supportive, collaborative environment. Classes focus on the core principles of Aikido — balance, timing, and connection — while emphasizing personal growth and mutual respect. Beginners will build a strong foundation in basic movements, falls, and techniques, while advanced students refine their skills and explore deeper applications of Aikido’s principles. Through partnered practice, students develop coordination, awareness, and confidence both on and off the mat.

Challenge Yourself with Advanced Techniques
Take your Aikido practice to the next level in our Advanced Rank class. Available to 2nd kyu and above. Permission is required. All students are welcome to observe this high-level class.
Meditation & Movement
Our Meditation & Movement class is a transformative experience that blends mindfulness with gentle physical activity. This class is designed to help participants cultivate a sense of awareness and tranquility through guided meditation techniques and fluid movements.
Participants will explore a variety of techniques including breath control, visualization, and mindful stretching. These practices are aimed at reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting overall well-being. Practice Basic Aikido techniques without the impact of throws or falls.

Our Traditional Weapons class offers an in-depth exploration of ancient martial arts tools, focusing on the mastery of weapons such as the bo staff, bokken, and tanto. Participants will learn the historical significance of each weapon, along with techniques that enhance precision, control, and coordination. This class is designed to develop both physical and mental discipline, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of traditional martial arts weaponry. Beginners will receive permission from Sensei before joining the Weapons class.

Open Mat Sessions
Open mat is an opportunity to practice techniques under the guidance of a senior student. Students can work on their ukemi, techniques for upcoming tests, or use equipment for conditioning. All open mat sessions will be supervised by a black belt student.
