Ready to Experience Aikido?

Unleash Your Potential with Aikido of Central New York

From Samurai Tradition to Your New Beginning

Centuries ago, the Samurai perfected an art of defense so fluid, precise, and powerful that it could turn the tide of battle. Today, that same art lives on in Aikido—but with a modern purpose: empowering everyday people to defend themselves, find inner calm, and move through life with confidence.

At Aikido of CNY, we bring this living tradition to our community, guided by a master who trained directly under the closest students of Aikido’s founder.

Why Train in Aikido?
