4-WEEK AIKIDO INTRO PROGRAM

  • Designed for adults looking to move better, feel centered, and build calm strength
  • Practice is cooperative, non-competitive, and will support your long-term physical and mental well-being
  • Beginner-friendly – no experience or athletic background needed
  • All ages and fitness levels welcome
  • Join a welcoming and supportive community

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 4 weeks, 1 class per week
  • Beginner’s Classes: Thursdays at 9:00AM or Sundays at 10:00AM
  • $99 for 4 weeks | $89 each if two sign up together
  • No contracts. No obligation to continue.
